Please understand that this deposit is forfeit unless we have 3 weeks' notice of cancellation
and that this must be in writing or by fax. Rooms cancelled within 24 hours of the arrival date
will be charged in full. Deposits for late cancellations will be refunded if we are able to re-let the room.
